Shipping Zones
We currently offer shipping services within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or sales events.

Local in-store pickups will receive an email with instructions on when/where to pickup. If you have not received a pickup email within 5 business days of your order please contact us. We also recommend checking your junk email as sometimes the email accidentally goes there.

Shipping Method
We exclusively use Canada Post and UPS as our shipping carrier for all orders. Canada Post and UPS are known for their extensive network, reliable service, and commitment to delivering parcels safely and on time, depending on your location within Canada. Shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, your chosen shipping method, and your delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
